Positive Psychology

Positive psychology programs help each of us live better lives. We use one’s strengths and positive emotions to enable individuals and communities to thrive. The curriculum is based on having an overall mental well-being, which enables us to:

    > enjoy life more,
    > have better health,
    > have stronger relationships,
    > and have a greater sense of purpose.

Please contact us at info@familiesfirstindiana.org if you're interested in hosting a positive psychology course at your school, organization, or other group!
