Depression Study

Posted by: Carrie Fisher, R.N., CCRP  | Wednesday, July 15, 2015

Have you felt depressed, down, sad most of the time, or less interested in things or unable to enjoy things for the last 8 weeks?

If yes, you may be eligible to take part in a study for depression being conducted by physicians at the Department of Psychiatry at Indiana University School of Medicine.

The study involves a genetic test used to help select the most appropriate medication for you, that may or may not result in an improved response to the medication. Participation in the study will include weekly study visits over the course of up to 26 weeks.

Qualified subjects will receive laboratory services free of charge.

Compensation and parking reimbursement may be provided.
